Extraction of dust, smoke and oil mist

In our company we are well aware of the importance of a clean working environment, therefore we pay special attention to dust extraction devices used for the extraction and filtering of impurities, which are a result of the production processes.

For the elimination or extraction of dust, which is a result of various production processes, filtering or extraction devices for dry dust are used. These usually appear in cartridge form and are cleaned automatically by compressed air using adjustable controls.

Oil mist consists of airborne floating oil droplets of the size of 0.01 – 100 µm, whereby the particles larger than 1 µm are formed mechanically and the particles smaller than 1 µm thermally The oil mist is in terms of physical characteristics close to a liquid and the droplets, due to gravity, remain on the ground.

We are agents for the sales of TEKA filter devices. TEKA filter devices with cartridge filter elements are mainly designed for the extraction of smoke during welding, smoke from thermal cutting tables and grinding dust.
