Cassette filters are designed mainly for coarse filtration class G4 to G2 and as final filters in the simpler ventilation systems or as protection of fine pocket or compact filters in ventilation systems.
Types:
- Cassette filters with built-in single-layer filter material are used for simple single-stage filters systems such as electrical boxes, aggregates and other machinery. Filter Frames are manufactured from cardboard or sheet metal.
- Cassette filters with built-in wrinkled filter material and reinforcement from mashes are used for conventional ventilation systems and spray chambers. Filter frame is made from metal.
- Cassette filters with built-in wrinkled material, so called minipleat technology, are used for complex ventilation systems to reduce energy costs and extend filter lifetime. Filter frame is made of plastic.
It is possible to manufacture both standard and nonstandard forms.
